Q. Do you customize the material in your seminars?
A. Yes, on occasion we do, but seminar customization may add cost to the seminar. We have found that the core (or standard) material presented in our seminars more than adequately benefits our client's needs. However, we're always open to discuss your particular objectives.
Q. Do you customize the seminar length?
A. Yes we can. We realize every client is different, and we're open to either expand or reduce the amount of time and information the client needs.
Q. How long is a typical 1-day seminar?
A. Typically a 1-day seminar is 8 hours of instruction plus time for lunch and short breaks throughout the day.
Q. Do students use a course workbook?
A. No. Students are given a small binder of class handouts.
Q. What are the minimum and maximum number of students per seminar?
A. We prefer the class size be 5 to 25 students. However, special arrangements can be made.
Q. Should students bring writing samples to class?
A. No, they're not required; however, the instructor will review writing samples with each student as class time allows.

A. Our seminars are given at various companies and organizations across the U.S.
Q. Who is the audience for your seminars?

Q. How do I inquire about a seminar?
A. Contact us via phone (607-687-0776) or e-mail and let us know your requirements. Next, we'll evaluate your needs and promptly send you a Letter of Agreement based on your objectives. After you sign the letter, an agreed to date is chosen for the service.
Q. Is there any overlap of information between seminars?
A. Yes, a little. For example, a few common topics are presented, in varying degrees, in many of our seminars. However, if your company is enrolled in more than 1 seminar, class adjustments are made to avoid any duplication or redundancy of the class material.

Q. Besides training, what other services does your company offer?
